What this guide holds

The pages are static. There is no user database behind them. The host can keep ordinary logs: an IP address, the browser, and which page was asked for. Those logs are for keeping the site up and for noticing abuse. Buttons on this guide do not leave the domain. They are paused and stay on the page.

What Villento collects if you register there

On the casino site they take the email, the password, the username they issue, and later the payment method. Before a cash-out they ask for a photo ID, proof of address, and proof the cashier method is yours. That file is theirs. A request to delete an account or a document goes to their help desk, in English or in French, on the casino site.

Rules that apply in Canada

Private-sector bodies in Canada deal with personal information under PIPEDA. Some provinces add their own statute. You can ask a body what it stores and ask it to correct a mistake. If you think those duties were ignored, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada sets out the complaint route at priv.gc.ca.
