You choose the password. They issue the username.

The screen name is not yours to invent. Send an email and a password, confirm that inbox, and Villento issues the username for the next visit.

Opening the account

  1. Start the form on the casino site. The account is for someone 18 or older who is not in Ontario.
  2. Use an email you actually open, and a password that is not reused on other sites.
  3. Confirm the message they send. The username is created at that step.
  4. Sign in and open the cashier. Interac or a card can fund it. The match is optional. Read the 200× line before you tick it.

The next time you come back

Type the username they issued, plus your password. A lost password is reset from a link to that same inbox. Look in spam before you start another account. A second account in the same household is a common reason a cash-out sits still.

Papers, once, ahead of the first payout

Keep a government photo ID, proof of address from the last three months, and a picture of the payment method. After the first password login, a phone can offer biometrics where the device supports them. That shortcut does not stand in for the document check.
